Instructions: The SEED Scholarship Application is awarded on a first come, first serve basis twice a year. The application period(s) begin August 1 at 9:00am and December 1 at 9:00pm. (Please note: one period begins in the morning the other in the evening). The first 10 applications with a date/time stamp AFTER the opening of the application period will be awarded a scholarship. No scholarships will be awarded if the date/time stamp is prior to the opening of the application period. Parents will be notified by e-mail if they have been selected to receive a scholarship. You must register your student for the class in question with a credit card and pay in full then a refund equal to the scholarship amount will be applied. Do not choose a payment plan as this will prevent us to from being able to apply the scholarship. You must register for a class within 120 days of the award or your scholarship will be given to someone else. A student who has received a scholarship will not be eligible for another scholarship for 12 months from the application period in which their scholarship was awarded. Scholarship applicants will be required to provide a testimonial of the class for which the scholarship was used. Students who withdraw or do not attend the class for which the scholarship was awarded will become ineligible for future scholarships.
