In order to join the network and list your class in our class catalog, you must attend a mandatory teacher meeting, and provide  the following documents.  

Required Forms (for Teachers)

  You must agree with our Statement of Faith view or download 
   Your agreement is affirmed in the Terms of Service (below)

2. Facilities Use Agreement
       sign Del Norte Baptist or download 
       sign Redemption Hill or download 
3. Background Check:  request one here
     (alternatively you may provide via e-mail a copy of a background check conducted by a 3rd party that is not less than 2 years old)
4. Class Listing- download checklist.

5. ​Parent/Teacher Policies Agreement - download template  (customize and provide in word)
6. Class Listing Photo - must be at least 1024 X 768 and you it must not have restricted usage rights
7. W-9 download
8. Drop off/Pick Up Policy - please describe your policy.  Download Ideas.
