Spanish Fundamentals. For kids that do not have any or very little Spanish knowledge. It is full of fun activities and great quality teaching! To learn vocabulary and the right pronunciation, we will use songs, crafts, games, and a lot of work with phonics (A really important tool to learn the new language right pronunciation). This course will provide a solid base, it will help students to understand Spanish easier going into the next level where grammar is introduced. Kids from 7 to 12 years old. (Note: Craft work, is a time for students to picture what we are learning, but it is a time when kids have friendship with their classmates too. If you are staying at the parent’s waiting room, I ask your understanding if you hear your student speaking only in English when we are having this activity, remember that they are just starting to learn.
Spanish Beginners. This level is for kids that have already learned some Spanish vocabulary and would like to advance in learning this language. It will include new vocabulary, simple conversation, beginning of grammar, practical expressions, writing, Spanish phonics (A really important tool to learn the right pronunciation), and basic mathematical expressions. It is so dynamic that it is not hard for your kids to be immersed into grammar essentials. Ages 8-16 are recommended. This level, will work well too for High School students that have very little knowledge of Spanish.
Spanish Intermediate A. Includes more vocabulary, structural conversations, mediate grammar A, practical expressions, writing, basic reading, formation of structural basic Spanish sentences, mathematical expressions, and beginning of verb conjugation. They will enjoy being able to put all these tools together to make conversations. For this level, 9-17 years old students recommended.
Spanish Intermediate B. Includes a lot of practice with the three major complex verbs and their conjugation. We will learn more vocabulary, mediate grammar B, and introduce three different types of verbs and their correct application and pronunciation. We will introduce practice with examples of daily situations. Ages 10-18 will work really well in this level. Students that finish this level will be more able to take Spanish classes at CNM to get their college credits there. They will not struggle as much as those that don’t have this firm knowledge.
Spanish Advanced A. This is a higher level of grammar, conversation, pronunciation, and listening. The students will read and write the different parts of structural Spanish complex sentences, work with different types of verb conjugations and their tenses. They will learn to apply them correctly and they will practice with more examples of daily situations. The ideal ages for these classes are from 11-18 years old. Students that finish this level will be ready take classes at CNM to get their college credits there. They will be more prepared than those that do not have this firm knowledge plus they will be able to speak more Spanish at the end of this level!

Students that finish this level will absolutely be ready to take Spanish classes at CNM and get their college credits there.
