This class will teach students the fundamental skills of flag football. Students will learn how to pull flags, pass, catch, run routes, block, and defend, as well as, offensive and defense plays and strategy. Every class will include stretching, jogging, and drills that will embody the fundamental skills. Most importantly, I want everyone to have fun and learn how to play each position in flag football.
My name is Paul. I am 22 years old. I played flag football all through middle school at Immanuel Lutheran as a wide receiver and safety. I have loved football ever since I was in 6th grade. I currently play flag football on Saturdays with a group of competitive adults and was asked to play in the adults Rio Rancho flag football league this year.
